We deliver to every hotel in Paris, in all twenty arrondissements, and to hotels in Clichy, Levallois-Perret, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Asnières-sur-Seine and Saint-Ouen. Palace hotels, boutique hotels, serviced apartments and short-term rentals are all covered.
Orders placed before 2pm Paris time are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 2pm can still be delivered the same day with our express option. If you are sending flowers for someone’s arrival, tell us the check-in date and we time the delivery so they are fresh when the guest walks in.
Most Paris hotels ask that deliveries be left with the concierge or the front desk, who then bring the flowers up to the room. We confirm each hotel’s policy before delivering and tell you which one applies.
Yes. Your message is written on a Maison Florae card, in English, French, or both. Send us the wording when you order and we will confirm it back to you before delivery.
