We deliver to every hotel in Paris, in all twenty arrondissements, and to hotels in Clichy, Levallois-Perret, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Asnières-sur-Seine and Saint-Ouen. Palace hotels, boutique hotels, serviced apartments and short-term rentals are all covered.
Orders placed before 2pm Paris time are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 2pm can still be delivered the same day with our express option. If you are sending flowers for someone’s arrival, tell us the check-in date and we time the delivery so they are fresh when the guest walks in.
Most Paris hotels ask that deliveries be left with the concierge or the front desk, who then bring the flowers up to the room. We confirm each hotel’s policy before delivering and tell you which one applies.
Yes. Your message is written on a Maison Florae card, in English, French, or both. Send us the wording when you order and we will confirm it back to you before delivery.

Seasonal bouquets start at 55€. Delivery is free on orders over 150€.
Most Paris hotels accept deliveries at the front desk and bring flowers to the room themselves. We call the hotel before delivering to confirm their policy. We tell you how the handover will happen, so there are no surprises.
The recipient’s name, the hotel name, and the dates of their stay. The room number is helpful but not required — the concierge will find them. If you want the flowers waiting in the room on arrival, tell us the check-in date and time.
Yes. We never reveal the sender’s name before the recipient has the flowers in their hands. If the hotel asks, we say it is a surprise.
The 2pm cutoff is Paris time. New York: 8am. Los Angeles: 5am. Dubai: 4pm. Riyadh: 3pm. Tokyo: 9pm. If you are ordering for the same day and you are outside Europe, check the time in Paris before placing your order.
Size M (10 to 14 stems) is the most practical for a hotel room. It holds its shape, fits on a nightstand or desk, and photographs well. Size L is suitable for larger suites. Size XL is best reserved for lobbies or private residences.
Yes. Maison Florae delivers the same day across Paris and Île-de-France for orders placed before 2pm Paris time. The bouquet is composed that afternoon by a partner florist and delivered before the end of the day. Orders after 2pm are delivered the following day.
Yes. Maison Florae delivers to hotels across Paris. The bouquet is handed to the reception or concierge desk with the recipient's name and room number if known. A handwritten card is included. Delivery can be scheduled for a specific time slot on request.

Maison Florae delivers to all Paris arrondissements and to the north-west suburbs: Clichy, Levallois-Perret, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Asnières-sur-Seine, Saint-Ouen and Boulogne-Billancourt. The workshop is based in Clichy, 92110.
Bouquets at Maison Florae start at €55 for size S and go up to €320 for the largest compositions. Delivery is free for orders over €150. Below that, a delivery fee applies depending on the zone.
Yes. Maison Florae offers a birthday set combining a seasonal bouquet with plain balloons in cream, gold or sage, plus a handwritten card. Delivered to a home, office or hotel room in Paris on the same day when ordered before 2pm.
